Returns and exchanges

Returns: I do accept returns if the item you have purchased arrives damaged. If this occurs please convo me immediately with a photograph of the item showing the damage and the packaging it arrived in, and we'll work it out from there. Returns must be requested within 14 days of receipt of the item. Buyer pays return postage and the item should be returned in its original packaging if possible where an assessment will be made. A refund of the item cost or an exchange of item will be issued once the item is returned. Shipping cost is not refundable. Don't worry, I pack things very carefully so there should not be a problem.

Exchanges: Please get in contact with me within 7 days of receipt of the item and I’ll see what I can do to work something out.

Cancellations

Request a cancellation within 2 hours of purchase. Otherwise I may already have it in the post!
